General terms of sale

1. Purpose and scope

These general terms and conditions of sale, hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions", govern any order, subscription, use, renewal, download, provision, support or service associated with the solution Securantis, provided by AMPLIFEO SARL.

Securantis is a solution designed to enhance protection, monitoring and security maintenance of WordPress, WooCommerce and PrestaShop sites, notably through plugins, modules, licenses, dashboards, scanners, alerts, reports, quarantine features, private updates and monitoring tools.

The Terms and Conditions apply to any customer, professional or consumer, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers. In the event of a conflict between the Terms and Conditions and specific conditions expressly accepted in writing by AMPLIFEO SARL, specific conditions prevail only on the points concerned.

Ordering, paying for, downloading, installing, activating, connecting or using Securantis implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The client acknowledges having read the Terms and Conditions before ordering and having the legal capacity necessary to enter into a contract.

3. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

• Customer: any natural or legal person subscribing to Securantis.
• Customer account: personal area allowing access to licenses, downloads, billing information, alerts, associated sites and services.
• License: limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable right of use, allowing protection of a specified site under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
• Protected site: WordPress, WooCommerce or PrestaShop site associated with a license.
• Plugin / module: software file made available to the client to allow their site to connect to Securantis.
• Subscription : annual recurring access to Securantis, billed according to the number of subscribed licenses and the rates in effect at the time of the order or renewal.
• Incident: anomaly, detection, alert, access attempt, suspicious file, vulnerability, technical error, malicious action, unusual behavior or any situation reported by Securantis.

4. Ordering process

The customer selects the desired number of licenses, provides their account and billing details, reviews the order summary, accepts the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and then proceeds to secure payment.

The order becomes final only after payment validation by the payment service provider and confirmation of the subscription by Securantis. AMPLIFEO SARL reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, inconsistency, manifest error, prior dispute, non-payment, security risk, abusive use or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The client guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Any error in account, billing, VAT, address, country, trade name, email or domain information is the responsibility of the client.

5. Recurring annual subscription

Securantis is offered as a recurring annual subscription, unless otherwise stated in writing. The subscription grants access to the features included in the chosen plan during the validity period, subject to actual payment, compliance with the Terms and Conditions and the technical compatibility of the customer's site.

At the end of each annual period, the subscription may be automatically renewed for a new annual period at the applicable rate, unless terminated under the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions or in the customer area when this feature is available.

The client is responsible for managing their renewals, payment methods, licenses and associated sites. Failure to pay, expiration of the payment method or rejection of a transaction may result in suspension or loss of access to all or part of the services.

6. Licenses, CMS choice and usage restrictions

One license corresponds to a single protected site. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a license may not be used simultaneously for multiple sites, multiple domains, multiple stores, multiple production environments or multiple end customers.

The customer may be required to choose the CMS associated with a license, notably WordPress/WooCommerce or PrestaShop. This choice may be final in order to limit abuse, prevent unauthorized downloading of multiple files for a single license, and ensure billing consistency.

It is strictly forbidden to share, resell, publish, transfer, duplicate, circumvent, falsify, pool or divert a license, a key, a file, an access, a private update or any item provided by Securantis.

AMPLIFEO SARL may limit, block or revoke a license in case of abnormal use, non-compliant use, use on an unauthorized CMS, file sharing, attempted circumvention, fraud, non-payment or a threat to the security of the infrastructure.

7. Prices, taxes and price changes

Prices are indicated in euros excluding tax, unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, notably VAT, are calculated according to the billing information provided by the customer and the applicable tax rules.

The price may depend on the number of licenses subscribed, any volume discounts, promotional offers, special conditions or the rates in effect on the day of the order. Prices shown may be changed at any time for future orders.

A price change does not affect periods already paid. However, it may apply to future renewals, extensions, new licenses, options or additional services. The customer may refuse a future price change by canceling the subscription before the relevant renewal, when this option is applicable.

8. Payment, billing and payment incidents

Payment is made via a secure payment provider, notably Stripe, or any other provider indicated at the time of order. AMPLIFEO SARL does not directly store the client's full card data.

The client authorizes the collection of amounts due for the initial order, renewals, extensions, quantity adjustments, taxes, fees or ordered services. In case of payment failure, AMPLIFEO SARL may re-present the transaction, suspend access, limit downloads, block private updates, suspend alerts or terminate the subscription.

Invoices are issued based on the information provided by the customer. The professional customer is responsible for the accuracy of their tax information, notably intra‑community VAT number, billing address, company name and country.

9. Provision, digital delivery and access

Services Securantis are provided in digital form. Delivery includes, in particular, creating the customer account, access to the dashboard, making the licenses available, downloading compatible files, access to private updates and activation of included features.

Delivery times may depend on payment validation, the customer's email, the availability of third‑party services, anti‑fraud checks or necessary technical operations.

The customer acknowledges that immediate access to digital content, downloadable files, licenses, private updates and associated services may begin upon payment confirmation or upon creation of access.

10. Technical compatibility

The client is responsible for verifying the compatibility of their technical environment: versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, PHP, database, theme, modules, plugins, hosting, file permissions, server firewall, cache configuration, security rules and access rights.

AMPLIFEO SARL does not guarantee compatibility with all versions, all configurations, all hosts, all modules, all themes, all customizations, all bespoke developments or all shared environments.

An incompatibility, a conflict with a plugin, module, theme, override, server rule, cache, third-party security extension or custom configuration does not automatically constitute a defect of Securantis.

11. Nature of security services and obligation of means

Securantis aims to strengthen protection, visibility, detection and response to certain security risks. It is an assistance, monitoring and risk-reduction solution. AMPLIFEO SARL is bound by an obligation of means and not by an obligation of result.

The customer expressly acknowledges that no security solution can guarantee the total absence of flaws, intrusions, malware, hacking, vulnerabilities, spam, defacement, data theft, data loss, unavailability, infection, human error, automated attacks, or targeted attacks.

Securantis does not replace a comprehensive security policy, reliable backups, regular updates, strong passwords, human monitoring, access rights management, secure hosting, technical audits, a restoration procedure and proper site maintenance.

12. Alerts, reports, scanners and quarantine

Alerts, scores, reports, scans, quarantines, logs and recommendations provided by Securantis are generated based on rules, signals, parameters, files, events, configurations or data available at the time of analysis.

These items may contain false positives, false negatives, approximations, missed detections, misinterpretations or recommendations that are not suitable for certain specific environments. The customer must verify sensitive actions before applying them.

Quarantining or isolating suspicious files may affect a site's operation if a detected file is used by the site. The client must have recent, tested backups before any deletion, restoration, modification or cleaning action.

13. Customer obligations

The customer undertakes in particular to:

• provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• keep their credentials, keys, licenses and access confidential;
• do not share downloadable files beyond the rights granted;
• do not attempt to bypass billing, technical limits or access controls;
• install and use Securantis in accordance with the documentation and instructions;
• maintain their site, extensions, modules, themes, access, backups and hosting;
• test significant changes in an appropriate environment whenever possible ;
• do not use Securantis for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, harmful activities or activities contrary to third-party rights;
• notify promptly AMPLIFEO SARL of any incident, abnormal use, suspected vulnerability or access compromise.

14. Prohibited uses

It is strictly forbidden to use Securantis to analyze, attack, bypass, monitor or compromise sites that do not belong to you or for which you do not have sufficient authorization.

Are also prohibited: unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, mass extraction, removal of proprietary notices, unauthorized resale, license leasing, public file sharing, attempts to access the systems of AMPLIFEO SARL, the use of false information, abusive testing, attacks, aggressive scans and any behavior that harms the service.

15. Support, assistance and limits

Support is provided according to the means, hours, channels and priorities determined by AMPLIFEO SARL. Unless otherwise offered, support does not necessarily include a full site audit, repairing a hacked site, manual cleaning, backup restoration, fixing third-party conflicts, performance optimization, server administration or custom development.

AMPLIFEO SARL may refuse or charge separately for any request exceeding the normal scope of the subscription, notably urgent interventions, complex diagnostics, fixing a heavily modified site, migration, manual cleanup, development, specific compatibility, server intervention or assistance on a third-party service.

16. Private updates

Private updates may fix issues, improve security, evolve features or change certain behaviors. The customer is encouraged to maintain the files Securantis up to date.

AMPLIFEO SARL may modify, remove, replace, suspend or adapt a version if necessary for the security, compatibility, compliance or quality of the service. The client must check compatibility with their environment before deploying on a sensitive site.

17. Service suspension

AMPLIFEO SARL may immediately suspend all or part of the service, without compensation, in the event of non-payment, suspected fraud, breach of the Terms and Conditions, security risk, abusive use, system compromise, request from authorities, technical incident, threat to the infrastructure, payment dispute, unauthorized sharing or behavior likely to harm AMPLIFEO SARL, to customers or third parties.

Suspension does not exempt the client from paying amounts due and does not automatically entitle them to a refund.

18. Right of withdrawal, digital content and immediate performance

When the customer acts as a consumer and the right of withdrawal applies, they can generally benefit from a statutory withdrawal period. However, certain digital content, services fully performed before the end of the period or immediate access may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when the legal conditions are met.

When ordering Securantis by having immediate access to the customer account, licenses, downloads, private updates, security features or digital content, the customer acknowledges requesting immediate performance of the service and immediate access to the ordered digital items. Where permitted by law, the customer may waive their right of withdrawal for items already supplied or performed.

For professional customers, no right of withdrawal applies except as otherwise required by mandatory law or by the written agreement of AMPLIFEO SARL.

19. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law, no refund is due when access has been provided, a file has been made downloadable, a license has been created, a service has started, a private update has been accessible or the subscription has been activated.

Periods already started are due. Any goodwill gestures are discretionary, exceptional and do not constitute an acquired right for the future.

20. Termination

The customer may terminate their subscription according to the procedures available in their customer area or by contacting support, subject to the time required to process the request. Termination generally prevents future renewals but does not affect amounts already due or periods already started.

AMPLIFEO SARL may terminate a subscription in case of breach of the Terms and Conditions, non-payment, fraud, security breach, prohibited use, abusive behavior, cessation of activity, discontinuation of the offer or lasting technical impossibility.

21. Data, privacy and technical access

The use of Securantis may involve the transmission of technical data related to protected sites: URL, CMS, version, security events, logs, IP addresses, file fingerprints, alerts, reports, scan dates, scan results and information necessary for the provision of the service.

The customer agrees to transmit only data they are authorized to transmit and to inform their own users, customers, collaborators or contractors where necessary. The methods for processing personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy.

22. Intellectual property and granted rights

AMPLIFEO SARL retains all intellectual property rights in Securantis, its files, code, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, graphic elements, methods, databases, detection rules, private updates and associated content.

The client only benefits from a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right of use, for the duration of the paid subscription, within the limits of the number of licenses subscribed and for the authorized sites.

23. Limitation of liability

AMPLIFEO SARL shall not be held liable for indirect damages, business losses, loss of turnover, loss of margin, loss of customers, reputational damage, data loss, SEO losses, loss of opportunity, business interruption, restoration costs, third-party intervention costs, consequences of a hack, consequences of backup failure, configuration errors, incompatibilities, actions of the client or acts of third parties.

For professional customers, the total cumulative liability of AMPLIFEO SARL, all causes combined, is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer to AMPLIFEO SARL with respect to the relevant subscription during the twelve months preceding the triggering event, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud or contrary mandatory legal provision.

This limitation constitutes an essential and determining condition of the contract's economic balance, given the subscription price, the nature of the services and the impossibility of guaranteeing absolute security.

24. Legal warranties

When the customer acts as a consumer, they benefit from the legal guarantees applicable under the conditions provided by the law in force. No clause of these Terms and Conditions is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights from which they could not legally waive.

For professional customers, warranties are strictly limited to those expressly provided by these Terms and Conditions (CGV) and by applicable mandatory provisions.

25. Force majeure and external events

AMPLIFEO SARL shall not be held liable in case of force majeure or events reasonably beyond its control: hosting outage, network outage, cyberattack, supplier failure, administrative decision, strike, fire, natural disaster, war, epidemic, power outage, unavailability of a third-party service, payment incident, regulatory change or any similar event.

26. Assignment, subcontracting and service evolution

AMPLIFEO SARL may subcontract all or part of the operations necessary for the provision of Securantis to technical providers, hosts, payment services, email tools, support tools or other partners, under its contractual responsibility and within the limits provided by the Terms and Conditions.

AMPLIFEO SARL may evolve, modify, improve, replace or remove certain features in order to ensure the security, compliance, stability, performance or normal evolution of the service.

27. Evidence, logs and electronic communications

The client accepts that computer records, technical logs, connection histories, activation logs, payment confirmations, emails, license events, usage traces and data stored by AMPLIFEO SARL may be used as evidence in case of dispute.

28. Complaints, mediation and disputes

Any claim must be addressed to support@securantis.com including information allowing identification of the customer, the order, the license, the affected site and the nature of the issue.

For consumer customers, a consumer mediation scheme must be indicated when sales to consumers are carried out: À compléter si des ventes sont réalisées auprès de consommateurs.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. For professional clients, any dispute relating to the formation, performance, interpretation or termination of the contract will be subject to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Strasbourg, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.

29. Modification of the T&Cs

AMPLIFEO SARL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in force at the time of the order or relevant renewal, unless otherwise required by law or by a particular agreement.

The continued use of Securantis notification or availability of new Terms and Conditions may constitute acceptance of the updated terms when permitted by applicable law.

30. Final provisions

If a clause of the Terms of Sale is declared null, unenforceable or unwritten, the other clauses remain fully applicable. The fact for AMPLIFEO SARL failure to assert a clause at a given time does not constitute a waiver of the right to assert it later.
